Having recently purchased our property in France through Town & Country Property France / Euro Immobilier Chalais, we have nothing but the highest praise for the help we received throughout our purchase and beyond. Erica was extremely accommodating with our request for a second viewing the day after our first viewing and she gave us as much time as we needed to ensure this was the right property for us. Then, again, when we returned later to meet with the builder she was very patient and gave us all the time in the world to go through things with him.
After our offer was accepted, Catherine was extremely helpful with translating information in the report and guiding us through the procedure. She has been absolutely amazingly helpful leading up to the completion and then afterwards, sorting out bank appointments; insurance cover and utility accounts.
We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and limitless help with our purchase.
