As an Independent Property Sale Agent ( aka ‘Agent Commercial Immobilier’ to give its proper name) you handle these tasks:

 

Creating a portfolio of properties for sale in your area

 

Signing up vendors to a sales mandate

 

Creating accurate information on the property including good photos

 

Supplying accompanying documents and data to head office

 

Responding to client correspondence in a timely manner

 

Arranging and accompanying viewings

 

Negotiation of sales

 

Maintaining health and safety measures

 

And lots more!

 

You are independent - you chose when you want to work

 

No targets, no compulsory meetings etc
